Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month as needed. If there are no agenda items, meetings may not be scheduled, may be canceled, or postponed until a later date. Agenda’s may be picked up at Town Hall. Follow this link for posted agendas.
Meeting are held in the Snowflake Town Hall and begin at 7:00 p.m.
If you desire to have an item addressed at a P&Z meeting, contact the Planning & Zoning Director at Town Hall a minimum of 14 days prior to the meeting. The public may address the P&Z Commission on any agenda item and/or make a comment concerning non-agenda items during the “Call to the Public” portion of the Planning and Zoning meetings. The Commission may not comment on or make recommendation to items presented during the “Call to the Public” portion of the meeting.
